Job summary

LEGO Group in Denmark is seeking an operationally minded Senior Manager for Global Brand Operations to turn ambitious brand plans into well-run projects. You will drive governance, portfolio delivery, and cross-functional execution across Global Brand Development.

The role offers a Best of Both hybrid model (three days in Billund or Copenhagen office and up to two days from home). You will lead strategic initiatives, coach teams, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable impact while

Qualifications

Significant experience leading complex global marketing, operations, transformation, or portfolio programs.
Expertise in program leadership, governance, resource management, and operating models.
Proven track record delivering large cross-functional initiatives with impact.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the GBD operating model, governance, planning, and delivery cadences.
Provide strategic oversight of the GBD project portfolio and resource needs.
Lead Campaign Operations for Global Brand Campaigns with scalable governance.
Coach teams, drive continuous improvement, and align stakeholders to priorities.
