As our Workplace Operations & Project Specialist, you'll help transform the workplace into a place of little everyday magic, where operations run seamlessly, projects are delivered with care, and thoughtful details make colleagues feel inspired every day. Reporting to the Copenhagen Hub Manager and part of the Workplace Operations and Experience team, you'll support the smooth running of our Copenhagen Hub while driving operational excellence and coordinating projects that improve how our workplace functions. Working closely with facility partners, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization, you'll shape a workplace where practical solutions meet playful touches, and continuous improvements make a visible difference. A major opportunity ahead is supporting the preparation and coordination of our Hub relocation to a new, larger space in the first half of 2027.
Support the planning and delivery of the Copenhagen Hub relocation to its new home in 2027.If you've worked in a role where you coordinated workplace services, managed vendors, delivered projects, and turned recurring issues into lasting solutions, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is a proven ability to keep operations running smoothly while driving improvements that make the workplace better for everyone.
You’ll join the Workplace Operations and Experience team, a small and collaborative group focused on bringing workplace experience to life through intentional, thoughtful workplace management. We share ownership, value initiative and support each other in everything from day-to-day operations to strategic workplace projects.
Success in our team comes from being proactive, adaptable and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed. We value people who bring positive energy, curiosity, humour and strong judgement, and who enjoy building relationships across all levels of the organisation. It's a hybrid rhythm with regular collaboration across the business, and you'll quickly become a trusted partner to colleagues, stakeholders and service providers alike.
Success means creating a workplace where operations run reliably, projects are delivered with care, and continuous improvements are visible to employees. You'll work closely with the Hub Manager, facility partners, vendors, workplace colleagues, and stakeholders across Workplace, IT, Security, Safety, Sustainability and D&I. Over time, you'll become a trusted partner in strengthening workplace operations, coordinating key projects, and helping prepare the Hub for its next chapter in 2027 and onwards.
