The LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Workplace Operations & Project Specialist. You will help transform the Copenhagen Hub into a place where operations run smoothly, projects are delivered with care, and thoughtful details elevate the employee experience.

Reporting to the Copenhagen Hub Manager, you will coordinate with facilities, vendors and stakeholders across the organisation to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

About The Role

As our Workplace Operations & Project Specialist, you'll help transform the workplace into a place of little everyday magic, where operations run seamlessly, projects are delivered with care, and thoughtful details make colleagues feel inspired every day. Reporting to the Copenhagen Hub Manager and part of the Workplace Operations and Experience team, you'll support the smooth running of our Copenhagen Hub while driving operational excellence and coordinating projects that improve how our workplace functions. Working closely with facility partners, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization, you'll shape a workplace where practical solutions meet playful touches, and continuous improvements make a visible difference. A major opportunity ahead is supporting the preparation and coordination of our Hub relocation to a new, larger space in the first half of 2027.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role within an international environment, building strong partnerships with stakeholders, vendors and service providers.
• Proven track record of coordinating projects and delivering workplace improvements from idea through implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying needs, developing practical solutions and making clear recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High integrity, professionalism and sound judgement when handling sensitive information and stakeholder dynamics.
• Adaptable, self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with a positive, team-first mindset and resilience in changing environments.
• Fluent in Danish and English, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and workplace systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting workplace relocations, space changes or other large-scale workplace projects.
• Experience using workplace, operational or utilization data to inform decisions and recommend improvements.
• Experience developing processes, standards or best practices that enhance workplace operations and employee experience.
• Experience managing budgets, risks and dependencies, and leading through influence across partners, contractors and stakeholders

What Success Looks Like

Success means creating a workplace where operations run reliably, projects are delivered with care, and continuous improvements are visible to employees. You'll work closely with the Hub Manager, facility partners, vendors, workplace colleagues, and stakeholders across Workplace, IT, Security, Safety, Sustainability and D&I. Over time, you'll become a trusted partner in strengthening workplace operations, coordinating key projects, and helping prepare the Hub for its next chapter in 2027 and onwards.
