Reporting to the Copenhagen Hub Manager, you will partner with facility teams and stakeholders, turning insights into practical improvements and maintaining high standards of integrity, collaboration, and service

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role within an international environment.
• Proven track record coordinating projects and delivering workplace improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Danish and English; proficient with Microsoft 365.
• High integrity and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Turn colleague insights into improvements enhancing employee experience.
• Deliver workplace solutions for seamless day-to-day operations.
• Build partnerships with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and inspiring work environment.
• Lead change initiatives with data-informed improvements.
