TRACK Management is seeking a Market Development Manager to identify, structure and develop new markets for wind turbine blade repair, upgrades and maintenance. You will map attractive segments, prioritize opportunities and build a concrete commercial plan, then execute it with independence and accountability.

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Map and develop new markets and customer segments, initially focusing on smaller wind turbine owners outside Denmark.
• Identify relevant companies, owners and decision-makers.
• Analyse and prioritise prospects and translate needs into service solutions.
• Drive the sales process from initial contact to proposals and agreements.
• Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline and monitor market opportunities.
