Cadeler is seeking a Business Development Analyst to analyse commercial and operational data, identify growth opportunities, market gaps, and competitive advantages in the offshore wind sector. You will build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports, collaborate with internal teams, attend industry events, and support strategic decision making for senior management across our global operations.

Qualifications

Degree or track record in business development, market/analyst roles.
Experience in business analyst or market analyst roles essential; offshore wind/energy preferred.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization skills are a plus.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis in offshore wind, tracking pipelines and trends.
Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports for senior management.
Develop relationships with industry stakeholders and maintain data on engagements, leads, and opportunities.
Attend industry events, promote Cadeler, and gather market intelligence.
Contribute to continuous improvement of BD processes, tools, and reporting.
