Ørsted in Esbjerg, Denmark, is seeking an administration-focused Warehouse Management support role. You will work with SAP, inventory control, and forecasting to keep warehouse processes accurate and compliant across locations.

You will collaborate with warehouse operatives, planners, and back-office colleagues to map and implement standard procedures, while handling ad hoc admin tasks and equipment registration in SAP.

Qualificações

• Background in administration or related field (not mandatory).
• IT literate with knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office.
• Professional experience in the offshore wind business (not mandatory but highly valued).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support forecasting in the department.
• Create and manage work orders for preparing gearboxes for shipment.
• Ensure SAP reflects stock and shelve status.
• Support check-up teams with creating stock transformers in the system.
• Handle various minor ad hoc administration tasks.
