Job summary

Ørsted Group in Esbjerg is seeking a capable administrator to support the Warehouse Management Department with standard procedures and SAP-driven processes across warehousing and operations.

You will help with process mapping, inventory control, forecasting support, and creating stock records in SAP, coordinating with back-office colleagues and warehouse operatives to keep gear and components accurately managed.

Qualifications

• Educational background in administration or related field (not mandatory).
• IT literate with SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in offshore wind is valued but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting in the department and create work orders for gearboxes.
• Ensure SAP reflects actual stock on shelves across locations.
• Support check-up teams by creating stock transformers in the system.
• Handle various minor ad hoc administration tasks.
