Job summary

Orsted is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administration role to support the Warehouse Management team. You’ll contribute to SAP administration, inventory control, forecasting support, and coordination across warehouse locations.

The role collaborates with back-office colleagues, planners, and operators to maintain accurate stock records, prepare gearboxes for shipment, and handle ad hoc administration tasks while upholding compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Background in administration or related field (not mandatory)
• IT literate with SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience in offshore wind business (not mandatory but valued)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Join us in this role where you’ll support the Warehouse Management Department with standard procedures and processes across warehousing and operations. You'll play a key role in process mapping and implementation, SAP administration, inventory control, forecasting support, and ensuring that equipment and components are accurately managed across warehouse locations. You'll work closely with warehouse operatives, back-office colleagues, planners, and operational stakeholders to maintain efficient and compliant warehouse processes.

You’ll be part of the Warehouse Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure control over components used for Main Components Exchange and Cable Storage in SAP. You’ll make sure that equipment is registered and handled in SAP for both main components and cable storage facilities.

You’ll play an important role in:

• supporting back-office functions in the department with forecasting

To succeed in the role, you:

• have an educational background in administration or related field (not mandatory)
• are IT literate, with knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, as well as the Microsoft Office package
• have professional experience in the offshore wind business (not mandatory but highly valued)
• possess strong organizational and time management skills
• have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
