Job summary

Ørsted A/S in Esbjerg invites you to join the Warehouse Management team, supporting standard procedures across warehousing and operations. You’ll help map processes, manage SAP data, inventory control, and forecasting support to ensure equipment and components are properly tracked across warehouse locations.

You’ll work with back-office colleagues, planners and operators to keep SAP up to date for main components and cable storage, and to prepare gearboxes for shipment while creating stock

Qualifications

• Has IT literacy with ability to use ERP systems and MS Office.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting for the warehouse department.
• Create and manage work orders to prepare gearboxes for shipment.
• Ensure SAP data reflects actual stock across warehouse locations.
• Assist check-up teams by creating stock transformer records in the system.
• Handle various minor administrative tasks.
