Job summary

Orsted Asia Pacific in Denmark is seeking a Warehouse Management support role to assist with standard procedures across warehousing and operations, SAP administration, inventory control, and forecasting support for multiple locations.

You will work with warehouse operatives, back-office colleagues, planners and stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant processes; SAP registration for main components and cable storage; and handling ad hoc admin tasks. Accommodation requests possible.

Qualifications

• Educational background in administration or related field (not mandatory).
• IT literate with knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and MS Office.
• Professional experience in the offshore wind industry is valued but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support back-office functions in forecasting.
• Create and manage work orders for preparing gearboxes for shipment.
• Ensure SAP reflects what we actually have on the shelve.
• Support check-up teams with creating stock transformers in the system.
• Handle various minor ad hoc administration tasks.
