The LEGO Group in Billund seeks a senior leader to head Creative and Innovation Excellence. You will shape a 3–5 year creative North Star and drive the strategy across systems and experiences, spanning play, color, materials, and brand storytelling.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, advance design research, manage partnerships, and enable rapid prototyping and validation to accelerate learning and concept development.

Competenze

• Significant senior-level experience leading creative, design, or innovation teams with a proven track record of shaping and executing creative strategy across complex organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams and foster high-performance environments.
• Proven expertise in creative strategy, brand storytelling, and experience development.

Mansioni

• Lead the Innovation Strategy & Platform Roadmap: Define and drive short- to mid-term innovation strategy across systems and experiences.
• Develop and manage core innovation platforms (e.g., Play, Interaction, Building Experiences, CMF&G).
• Steward systems and foundational design frameworks to ensure consistency and readiness.
• Set and drive the long-term creative vision (3–5 years) and translate it into annual direction.
• Lead curation, expression, and creative enablement with toolboxes and assets.
• Advance design research, insights, foresight, and trend translation into opportunities.
• Identify partnerships and collaborations aligned to strategy and LEGO priorities.
• Enable prototyping, testing, and validation for fast learning and decision making.
