LEGO Group in Billund seeks a Senior Creative Manager to lead brick-based marketing concepts from brief to final presentation. You’ll translate partner needs into clear briefs, guide creative teams and ensure scalable BBM moments that align with brand strategy.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines, mentor designers, and drive quality across campaigns, launches and moments for 2027 and 2028 with a global partner network.

Qualifications

• Extensive creative and/or strategic experience, including leadership of creative work, teams or omnichannel projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor designers, providing clear creative direction and feedback.
• Translate partner needs into clear briefs, creative directions and scalable BBM concepts.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and drive creative decisions through development, validation, pitch and approval.
