Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager, User/Innovation Research, based in Billund. You will own the research and learning agenda across multidisciplinary innovation projects, ensuring audience insight informs development and reduces market risk while guiding a team of researchers.

In this senior people-leader role within the Creative Play Lab, you’ll partner with design, engineering, marketing and strategy to translate evidence into decision-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Delivered user, design or innovation research informing product development in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Built mixed-methods research programmes across multiple markets to stress-test propositions.
• Led end-to-end qualitative research design, moderation and insight synthesis.
• Collaborated with design, marketing, engineering and strategy to drive decisions with evidence.
• Situated user insights with business/operational/technological constraints to show feasibility.
• Developed and coached researchers within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish a trusted research and learning agenda across innovation projects.
• Embed audience insight into play experiences and propositions.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations guiding go/no-go decisions.
• Lead and develop 3–4 researchers over 12–18 months.
