Job summary

Queue‑it, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to be the main P&C partner for our Go‑To‑Market organization, with a special focus on the US team.

You will be the go‑to HR expert for the US, bringing hands‑on experience with US HR practices, benefits and systems. Based in our Copenhagen office, you’ll collaborate with the CRO and GTM leaders to strengthen performance, leadership and engagement.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a senior role, including organizational development and performance management.
• Hands‑on HR experience supporting employees and leaders in the US.
• Solid knowledge of US employment practices, benefits and HR administration.
• Practical experience with US HR systems and providers, such as TriNet or similar.
• Confident to coach and advise leaders while building trusted relationships.
• Strong facilitation and communication across diverse groups.
• Experience with stakeholder, project and change management.
• Analytical mindset turning people insights into business recommendations.
• Experience supporting global organizations across cultures and time zones.
• Willingness to work US hours and travel to the US about every second month.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CRO and GTM leaders on performance management, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Act as the go‑to HR expert for the US organization, advising on employment practices, benefits, employee relations and HR administration.
• Provide guidance on policies and compliance, bringing in external legal experts when needed.
• Coach managers through people decisions across the employee lifecycle.
• Facilitate performance dialogues, feedback and development conversations to lift performance.
• Run leadership development initiatives and employee development programs across GTM.
• Drive engagement initiatives and act on employee feedback with the P&C team.
• Support organizational changes and ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to P&C projects and strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Spend regular time with the US team across time zones and on‑site in the US.
