Job summary

Queue-it is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to lead as the main P&C partner for our Go-To-Market organization, emphasizing the US team. You will be the go-to HR expert for the US, driving performance, leadership and engagement while supporting organizational change.

Based in Copenhagen, you will travel to the US roughly every month and collaborate across time zones. You will work with our CRO and GTM leaders to shape people decisions, develop leadership capabilities,

Qualifications

Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner supporting Go-To-Market or sales teams.
Hands-on experience with US HR practices, benefits and systems.
Strong coaching and advisory skills with leaders across functions.
Experience managing performance, development, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Partner with CRO and GTM leaders on performance and talent development.
Advise US organization on employment practices, benefits, ER and HR administration.
Provide policy guidance and escalate to external legal experts when needed.
Coach managers through people decisions across the employee lifecycle.
Facilitate leadership development and employee development programs across GTM.
Drive engagement initiatives and act on employee feedback with the P&C team.
