Job summary

STARK Group is seeking a Transformation Communication Specialist to turn complex change into a compelling, usable narrative. You will link the Athene programme with the business, shaping strategies, leadership communication and content across projects and Nordic markets.

You will craft strategies and materials for intranets, newsletters and Viva Engage, ensuring messages are clear, engaging and relevant to different audiences in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal communication and preferably change communication from larger transformation, implementation or digitalisation programmes.
• Strong storyteller who can simplify complex processes, systems and changes for diverse audiences.
• Empathetic, able to tailor messages for different groups.
• Experience with digital channels and communities such as intranets and Viva Engage.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to produce content, supported by AI tools.
• Experience with Canva or visual design tools; able to create presentations and infographics; video production is a plus.
• Curious, self-driven and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Danish and English written and spoken; knowledge of another Nordic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute and develop the overall communication and engagement strategy for Athene.
• Define and drive the shared Athene narrative across programme workstreams and projects.
• Develop clear, action-oriented communication plans that support programme milestones.
• Create communication materials in various formats aligned with the channel strategy.
• Equip leaders to become the transformation’s main communication channel.
• Drive and develop the programme’s communication channels, including the landing page and newsletters.
• Ensure communications answer the question: What does this mean for me?
• Define KPIs and measure understanding, engagement, readiness and adoption.
• Turn insights into continuous improvements to the communication approach.
