Job summary

STARK Group seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Athene Programme, owning a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives across Supply Chain Management and the Data Platform. You will manage a team of project managers, develop a high-performing delivery culture, and align stakeholders across the Nordics to deliver complex programmes.

You will report to the Programme Director and participate in leadership discussions across the group.

Qualifications

You have built your career in project and programme management and lead through others to deliver results.
Experience leading large transformation initiatives and governance with clear accountability.
Experience in an international matrix organisation and cross-functional collaboration.
Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, PgMP, SAFe or similar are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of experienced project managers delivering the Athene Programme.
Drive delivery governance, risk management, and financial follow-up across value streams.
Create clarity in complexity, remove obstacles, and ensure timely delivery of transformation initiatives.
Build alignment among Business Transformation, IT, and business stakeholders across the Nordics.
Foster a high-performing delivery culture with transparency and accountability.
