Job summary

STARK Group is seeking a proactive Value Stream Lead to join the Athene PMO, guiding a portfolio of interconnected projects across a major digital transformation. You will align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive governance across the value stream to ensure timely, value-focused delivery.

In this role you will connect project managers, stakeholders, and governance forums, shaping how planning, reporting and value-stream management evolve within a leading European materials retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience within programme management, project management, PMO, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of planning, governance, dependency management, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to consolidate complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Create the structure, alignment, and transparency to deliver a portfolio of interconnected projects within a value stream.
• Maintain the integrated value stream plan and coordinate priorities across projects and value streams.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies early, including cross-project dependencies.
• Facilitate governance forums and decision-making processes for timely and informed decisions.
• Provide transparent, decision-ready reporting to programme leadership and stream boards.
• Support Project Managers in adopting governance, planning, and reporting practices and drive corrective actions.
