Job summary

STARK is seeking a Transformation Communication Specialist to turn complex change into a story that informs and inspires action. You will bridge the Athene programme and the business, crafting a unified narrative across projects, functions and markets.

In this role you’ll shape the communication strategy, develop leadership materials, campaigns and intranet content, and equip leaders to become the programme’s strongest ambassadors.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal communication and change programmes.
• Strong storytelling skills to simplify complex changes.
• Empathetic approach with ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Experience with digital channels like intranets or Viva Engage.
• Ability to develop strategies, plans and tangible materials.
• Excellent writing skills and comfort creating content, supported by AI tools.
• Proficiency with Canva or other visual design tools; video production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and plan the overall communication and engagement for Athene.
• Develop clear, action-oriented plans aligned with milestones.
• Create materials across formats and channels; empower leaders as communications channel.
• Drive channels like landing page and newsletters; answer 'What does this mean for me?'
• Define KPIs and measure understanding, engagement and adoption; iterate based on feedback.
