Job summary

STARK Group is seeking a Transformation Communication Specialist to bridge the Athene programme with the business and turn complex change into a compelling, actionable story. You will shape strategy, craft leadership communications, and create content for intranet, newsletters, and Viva Engage to drive engagement and adoption across Nordic markets.

Based in Viby J, Aarhus, you will work with the Internal Communications team and travel about 10–15 days per year as the programme expands to Denmark

Qualifications

• Experience with internal communication and change programmes is preferred.
• Ability to turn complex changes into clear, engaging stories for multiple audiences.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills across channels.
• Fluency in Danish and English, with ability to tailor messages for Nordic audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the Athene programme and the business to create a unified narrative across projects and markets.
• Develop communication strategy and action plans aligned with programme milestones.
• Produce leadership communications, campaigns, and content for intranet, newsletters, and Viva Engage.
• Measure engagement and drive improvements to communication approaches.
