Job summary

STARK Group is seeking a Senior Manager for the Athene Programme to lead a portfolio of critical transformation initiatives across Supply Chain Management and Data Platform. You will steer a team of experienced project managers, shaping delivery culture and building leadership capabilities to ensure successful outcomes.

You will challenge stakeholders, enable decisive action, and drive execution in a complex international environment, with significant Nordic travel and interdepartmental

Qualifications

• Leads large transformation programmes and develops PMO capabilities.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects in an international matrix.
• Proven people leadership and development of project managers.
• Collaboration across Business Transformation and IT environments.
• Governance, risk management, planning and financial follow-up.
• Comfort with Agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, PgMP, SAFe or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Owns a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives across SCM and Data Platform.
• Leads a team of project managers, building a high-performing delivery culture.
• Challenges stakeholders and creates clarity in complexity.
• Ensures delivery of business-critical initiatives through others.
• Travels across Nordics (30–50 days annually) to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Reports to Programme Director and aims for alignment across leadership.
