The role spans a broad range of products from mechanical systems to process equipment, with opportunities to influence documentation processes and tools. Strong English skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing, technical documentation, or end-user manuals, preferably within a mechanical engineering or industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of relevant standards, regulations, directives, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written communication skills and a high level of proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and systematic approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively with a broad range of technical experts and stakeholders.
• Interest in improving processes, systems, and tools related to documentation management.
• Experience with documentation management systems, content management systems, or structured authoring tools is considered an advantage

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and validate technical documentation, including operation manuals and customer instructions, in accordance with applicable standards, directives, and internal guidelines
• Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders throughout the documentation lifecycle
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on documentation activities to support project deliverables and timelines
• Coordinate translation activities with external translation partners
• Drive continuous improvement of documentation processes, tools, templates, and standards
• Participate in defining and implementing new procedures, guidelines, and ways of working for technical documentation
