Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Aalborg seeks a motivated Student Worker to join our Documentation Team. You will develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation, collaborating with Documentation Engineers, Engineers, Project Managers and other stakeholders in an international environment.

This role offers hands-on experience in technical communication, knowledge management and continuous improvement, helping ensure consistent ways of working and effective knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Interest in documentation, process improvement and knowledge management.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience with technical documentation or content management systems is an advantage but not required.
• Eagerness to learn in an international, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support documentation and maintenance of departmental processes and Ways of Working.
• Assist with document updates, reviews, and maintenance activities.
• Collect and structure information from subject matter experts to document processes and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and working methods.
• Support knowledge-sharing and onboarding documentation.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and structured Student Worker to join our Documentation Team in Aalborg. This role is ideal for a student interested in technical communication, process documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement.

You will support the team in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and other documentation that help ensure consistent ways of working and effective knowledge sharing. You will also assist with documentation maintenance and administrative documentation tasks. You will work closely with Documentation Engineers, Technical Writers, Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders in an international environment.
