Job summary

Arrow Electronics Denmark is seeking a Technical Specialist to bridge sales and engineering, designing IT infrastructure solutions and providing technical guidance to our reseller network.

The role blends technical advisory work (70%) with commercial activities (30%), including PoC demonstrations, configuration development, and close collaboration with Account Managers. Travel regionally (2x per week) and to EMEA may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in vendor/partner/distributor environment.
• Strong infrastructure background (servers, storage, networking, cloud).
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical advisor to resellers and assist them during customer meetings.
• Architect and design complex IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, hybrid cloud, and security.
• Develop technical configurations (BOM) and pricing in close collaboration with Account Managers.
• Plan, set up, and execute technical demonstrations and PoC initiatives to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and technical training sessions for our reseller network.
• Contribute technical documentation and responses to RFI/RFP processes and public/private tenders.
• Navigate internal and vendor systems, manage processes, and act as the link between Sales and Operations.
