Job summary

DIS/CREADIS in Stilling near Aarhus seeks a Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead to own and drive several wind energy and asset management projects. You will bridge customers and internal teams, translating needs into scoping, activities and deliverables while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a technical engineering background and strong project management, with a customer-oriented mindset. English is mandatory; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering fields (Marine/Mechanical/Production).
• Strong project management skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management or leadership.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical projects and teams.
• Ability to communicate in English; Danish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing several technical projects simultaneously
• Acting as the primary operational interface towards our customers
• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
• Understanding customer needs and translating them into clear project scopes, activities and deliverables
• Ensuring quality, performance and on-time delivery
• Managing project progress, resources, budgets, risks and priorities
• Ensuring clear communication and expectation management with customers
• Proactively identifying challenges and driving them towards resolution
• Supporting scoping, estimation and start-up of new projects
• Providing technical leadership and guidance where relevant
