Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks a proactive Technical Inside Sales for heat exchangers to support customers in the Nordics. You will work closely with sales colleagues and product specialists, handling quotations, price inquiries, and customer communications, while providing technical datasheets and drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience from technical and/or inside sales or application engineering.
• Technical education preferably within the field of Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in English in addition to a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Working in our CRM preparing quotations and handling price inquiries
• Handling customer inquiries – both on email and phone
• Provide technical datasheets and drawings
• Manage the shared inbox
• Upselling to customers/spotting potential business (involving KAM etc.)
• Identifying the best technical solutions and ensuring professional and timely customer experience.
