Job summary

Alfa Laval in Kolding, Søborg or Lund is seeking a Technical Inside Sales specialist focused on heat exchangers. You will support sales with technical knowledge, quotes, and datasheets while building strong customer relationships.

In this Nordic role you will collaborate with product specialists, manage the shared inbox, upsell where appropriate, and help identify optimal solutions for customers in energy, food, water and shipping contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience from technical and/or inside sales or application engineering.
• Technical education preferably within the field of Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in English in addition to a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Working in CRM preparing quotations and handling price inquiries
• Handling customer inquiries – both on email and phone
• Provide technical datasheets and drawings
• Manage the shared inbox
• Upselling to customers/spotting potential business (involving KAM etc.)
• Identifying the best technical solutions and ensuring professional and timely customer experience.
