Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks a Technical Inside Sales specialist for heat exchangers to join our Nordic sales team. You will collaborate with external sales colleagues and product specialists to drive profitable growth and build strong customer relationships.

You will develop deep product knowledge, support customers with technical guidance and quotations, and contribute to Alfa Laval's innovative solutions in Food and Pharma. We value initiative, collaboration, and a service-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Experience from technical and/or inside sales or application engineering.
Technical education preferably within the field of Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills in English in addition to a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

Work in our CRM preparing quotations and handling price inquiries.
Handling customer inquiries - both on email and phone.
Provide technical datasheets and drawings.
Manage the shared inbox.
Upselling to customers/spotting potential business (involving KAM etc.).
Identifying the best technical solutions and ensuring professional and timely customer experience.
