Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks a proactive Technical Inside Sales for the Nordics, supporting customers with technical knowledge and fast quoting on heat exchangers and related products. You will collaborate with sales colleagues and product specialists to drive profitable growth and build strong customer relations.

You will focus on delivering technical solutions, providing datasheets, and ensuring excellent service while working within a collaborative, multi-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience from technical and/or inside sales or application engineering.
• Technical education in Process Technology or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent English plus a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations in CRM and handle price inquiries.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Provide technical datasheets and drawings.
• Manage the shared inbox.
• Upsell to customers and spot potential business.
• Identify best technical solutions and ensure timely customer experience.
