Job summary

Alfa Laval in Kolding, Søborg or Lund is seeking a Technical Inside Sales to support customers and sales teams, focusing on heat exchangers while also working with pumps and valves. You will quote, provide datasheets, and build strong relationships to drive profitable growth in the Nordics.

You will join a team of ten, report to Tina Masini Tarp, and have the opportunity to deepen product knowledge with clear development paths.

Qualifications

• Experience from technical and/or inside sales or application engineering.
• Technical education preferably within the field of Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in English in addition to a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Working in our CRM preparing quotations and handling price inquiries
• Handling customer inquiries - both on email and phone
• Provide technical datasheets and drawings
• Manage the shared inbox
• Upselling to customers/spotting potential business (involving KAM etc.)
• Identifying the best technical solutions and ensuring professional and timely customer experience.
