Candidates will assist recruiters in sourcing CVs, building a candidate database, and enhancing employer branding initiatives. Requirements include fluency in English, a growth mindset, and basic skills in design software. Qualifications

• Fluency in English with IELTS >= 6.5 or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters in CV searching and candidate pool building.
• Support TA members in screening applicants.
• Manage employer branding initiatives.

Skills
