Job summary

Maersk is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern (Early Careers) in Copenhagen, starting January 2027. You will support internal mobility, sourcing, operations, and process improvements while engaging with TA Partners and Global Mobility teams to enhance the candidate experience and streamline hiring.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Social Sciences or related field.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Experience with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to data, systems, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support internal relocation and mobility coordination.
• Assist with offer letters and documentation.
• Collaborate with TA Operations and Global Mobility for relocation processing.
• Provide guidance and timely communication to relocating employees and managers.
• Assist TA Partners with candidate sourcing activities.
• Conduct targeted talent searches via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Research talent markets and identify candidate pools.
• Support diversity sourcing and proactive talent mapping.
• Organize and maintain TA documentation, templates, and process guides.
• Review documentation to ensure policies and best practices.
• Support process improvement to increase efficiency and standardization.
• Prepare recruitment and sourcing reports.
• Track TA metrics and data trends.
• Assist with data validation and quality checks.
• Participate in TA team meetings and projects.
• Support Early Careers events and recruitment activities.
• Contribute to special TA projects and continuous improvement.
