Job summary

Maersk is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern in Copenhagen starting January 2027 to gain hands-on experience across sourcing, operations, mobility, and process improvement within a Global Functions TA team. You will partner with TA Partners, Operations, and Global Mobility to deliver a positive candidate and employee experience while ensuring compliant hiring practices.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in a Danish university with the ability to receive ECTS credits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal relocations and mobility processes across the business.
• Assist with candidate sourcing and initial screening using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Support recruitment operations and documentation to ensure compliant hiring processes.
• Track metrics and prepare basic TA reports to support decisions.
• Collaborate with TA Partners, Operations, and Global Mobility on projects and events.
