Job summary

Relesys Platform in Copenhagen is seeking an ambitious intern to explore recruitment and internal people processes within our fast-growing software company. You will assist with end-to-end talent activities, from recruitment to onboarding, and help enhance the candidate experience.

You will gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to smarter ways of working and internal process improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment projects across profiles and regions, gradually taking on more responsibility.
• Conduct search and screening calls to assess candidate fit for Hiring Team.
• Maintain and post on the job portal ensuring consistency and quality of candidate experience.
• Assist onboarding processes and creation of onboarding plans.
