Job summary

Maersk is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern in Copenhagen starting January 2027. You will support internal mobility, sourcing, operations, and process improvements while collaborating with TA partners, Global Mobility, and HR stakeholders to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

The role is designed for students enrolled in a Danish university who can receive ECTS credits, offering hands-on exposure to a global TA function and opportunities to contribute to strategic TA

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a Danish university.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Experience with sourcing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal relocations and mobility support.
• Coordinate offer letters and documentation.
• Support Talent Acquisition partners with sourcing and candidate searches.
• Help with data collection, reporting, and process documentation.
• Contribute to diversity sourcing and talent mapping initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment events.
