Job summary

AAK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Denmark to shape local TA delivery within our European team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of functions, combining hands-on hiring with strategic advisory, partnering with hiring managers and HR to implement effective strategies.

While Denmark is your primary focus, you will collaborate on regional projects, building strong talent pipelines and shaping employer branding to attract top talent across multiple functions

Qualifications

• Independent management of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proactive sourcing and candidate engagement including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication in Danish and English.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across professional and operational roles in Denmark.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, talent mapping, networking and candidate engagement.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to support high-quality hiring decisions.
• Provide talent market insights and challenge stakeholders to ensure inclusive, data-informed hiring outcomes.
• Develop attractive job advertisements and contribute to employer branding and candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment data and systems and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
• Support recruitment across both professional and operational populations, including blue-collar roles.
• Manage relationships with agencies and external partners for cost-efficient partnerships.
• Collaborate with the European Talent Acquisition team on cross-region recruitment projects.
