Job summary

Lundbeck in Copenhagen seeks a Director, Head of Global Talent Acquisition to define and drive the company’s global TA strategy, aligning business priorities with talent needs and delivering high-quality recruitment practices across regions.

You will lead the Global TA team, shape attraction, employer brand, and proactive sourcing, and partner with senior business and People & Culture leaders to turn priorities into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, international or global organization, including leading and developing teams across a matrixed environment.
• Broad expertise across recruitment, attraction and employer brand, strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, and senior or executive hiring.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into external talent strategies, proactive sourcing approaches and talent pipelines.
• Experience designing or substantially improving end-to-end recruitment processes with compliance and data privacy in mind.
• Experience using recruitment data and insights to drive performance improvements and working with recruitment technology.
• Strong ability to partner with senior business and P&C leaders, influence across functions and regions, and lead meaningful change.
• A bachelor's degree; a master's degree or other advanced qualification in HR, Business or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Lundbeck's Global Talent Acquisition strategy, setting priorities for people, processes and technology.
• Shape our Attraction journey, including our Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand, to engage the talent audiences most important to Lundbeck's future.
• Turn workforce priorities into proactive talent mapping, strategic sourcing and pipelines.
• Own the global end-to-end Recruitment journey, policy and governance.
• Lead and develop the Global TA team and shape how recruitment services are delivered across global, regional and local teams.
• Provide functional leadership across Lundbeck's broader TA community, working with senior business and P&C leaders to build alignment.
