Job summary

Dalux is looking for an International Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead cross-border recruitment from our Copenhagen HQ. You will partner with local hiring managers to attract top talent for our international offices and ensure alignment with our culture and values.

You will conduct introduction interviews, build a continuous talent pipeline with a researcher, and communicate in English and Danish to support global growth.

Qualifications

• We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education and previous experience recruiting specialists and consultants.
• You should be able to clearly communicate in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Sparring and consulting with hiring managers on candidate processes
• Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment of international candidates
• Sourcing relevant candidates for our global offices
• Conducting introduction interviews with a lot of different candidates
• Ensuring a continuous talent pipeline, in cooperation with a researcher
