Job summary

KLA in Lyngby, Denmark, is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Operations & Configuration Analyst to join our global team. You will own the tool build plan, coordinate with the US factory, and align production schedules with supply chain needs to ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and suppliers, optimize BOMs and configurations, and perform technical supply chain analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in supply chain operations, planning, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with BOM management, configuration control, or product lifecycle management is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, especially SAP experience, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global tool build plan, interfacing closely with the US factory to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with production schedules.
• Execute and support daily operational activities within the supply chain team and act as the key link between engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers through strong stakeholder communication.
• Optimize BOM and tool configurations to improve cost, availability, and scalability from a supply chain perspective.
• Provide technical supply chain analysis, supporting engineering collaboration and ensuring robust, manufacturable tool configurations.
