Körber is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator to support our Customer Service team in an international environment. You will manage spare parts inquiries, quotations, and sales orders, delivering professional support and proactive communication to ensure accurate order execution.

You will coordinate with procurement, planning, logistics and warehouse teams, handle requests, prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on availability and lead times.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Danish and English.

Job description

Are you passionate about customer service, coordination, and delivering results in an international environment? We are looking for a structured and service-minded Spare Parts Coordinator to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient handling of spare parts inquiries, quotations, and sales orders, contributing to an excellent customer experience through professional support, proactive communication, and reliable order execution.

As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the spare parts process from initial customer inquiry through to final delivery. You will handle spare parts requests, prepare quotations, process sales orders, and proactively follow up with customers regarding availability, lead times, and order status. Working closely with procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse operations, and other internal stakeholders, you will help ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you have experience within customer service, order processing, spare parts sales, logistics, or a similar operational function. You are comfortable working with ERP systems and digital tools and ideally have the ability to understand and work with technical product information. Strong communication skills in both Danish and English are important, as you will interact with customers and colleagues across different functions and locations.

As a person, you are service-oriented, structured, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. You are able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. You enjoy working collaboratively across departments, are solution-oriented in your approach, and take pride in delivering excellent service to both customers and colleagues.
