Job summary

KLA-Belgium is seeking a highly organized Production Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will develop and maintain production and capacity plans, ensuring the efficient flow of materials to meet customer demand and business objectives.

You will work closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to optimize planning processes and support operational excellence. The role requires a degree with experience in production planning, strong MRP and SAP

Qualifications

• Relevant degree with 5 years of related experience (Master’s 3 years; Doctorate optional).
• Experience in production planning or supply chain planning.
• Strong knowledge of MRP processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Fluent Danish and English communication.

Group/Division

The Semiconductor Products and Customers (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds and sells KLA’s product portfolio to help chip manufacturers meet high-quality standards to enable technologies like AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Our inspection, metrology, and analytics systems detect and monitor defects across logic and memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. We also develop technologies for specialty processes, IC substrates, and PCB manufacturing, including etch and deposition, component inspection, and imaging and analytics.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production and capacity plans, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and resources to meet customer demand and business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to optimize planning processes and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor production and capacity plans to support business requirements and customer commitments.
• Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities and planning parameters within SAP.
• Analyze production capacity, identify constraints and bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability and production readiness.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and requirements planning processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data related to production planning and supply chain operations.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly planning, performance, and operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, system utilization, and operational performance.
• Support end-to-end Supply Chain optimization through data analysis and process improvements.
• Monitor delivery performance and help ensure adherence to customer commitments and production schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and BOM structures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or high-tech production environment.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization.
• Experience with reporting tools and performance analytics.
