You will help ensure timely delivery of annual cycles and programme activities while gaining hands-on experience across global initiatives.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Structured, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with data experience in Excel or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, reporting, and programme operations.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with procurement administration and room bookings.
• Maintain SharePoint content and reporting tools.
• Contribute to data quality and operational insights.
