Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker to support Social Responsibility operations in a hybrid setup, including planning, reporting and administrative coordination. You will help ensure timely delivery of annual cycles and programme activities while gaining hands-on experience across global initiatives.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent English communication.

Core Responsibilities - SW
Annual Cycle Planning & Reporting

Support the operational delivery of the Social Responsibility Annual Cycle by ensuring planning activities, reporting processes and supporting documentation are accurate, up to date and delivered on time.

  • Maintain planning information, finance structures, finance uploads and activity data within the Planning App, ensuring high-level and project-level planning information is accurately reflected.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning activities, activity approvals, stakeholder follow-up and reporting deadlines.
  • Perform reporting quality checks, prepare audit documentation, coordinate audit reminders and contribute to continuous improvements of planning processes.
Programme Operations

Support the successful coordination of Social Responsibility programmes by helping manage operational activities across planning, ordering, logistics and documentation.

  • Support planning, ordering, tracking and operational documentation for Build to Give, Build the Change and Learning through Play initiatives.
  • Assist with product administration, warehouse coordination, shipment preparation, inventory-related activities and forecasting of workshop materials.
  • Prepare product information, order documentation, donation tracking and supporting audit documentation while maintaining operational tools used across programme delivery.
  • Support employee volunteering packing events, packing activities and other operational logistics.
Reporting & Data Quality

Contribute to reliable reporting by supporting data quality, audit readiness and operational insights across the Social Responsibility portfolio.

  • Perform first-level reporting quality checks, maintain operational tracking tools and validate reporting data.
  • Support audit readiness through documentation reviews, data validation and reporting follow-up.
  • Maintain operational reporting tools, including volunteering tracking tools, and assist with the preparation of reports, dashboards and operational insights.
Operations & Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of Social Responsibility Operations.

  • Manage the shared team mailbox, distribute incoming requests and coordinate follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support procurement administration, meeting logistics, room bookings, presentation preparation and team administration.
  • Maintain SharePoint content, operational documentation, team resources and administrative planning trackers.
  • Prepare communication materials, user guidance and operational documentation to support colleagues across Social Responsibility.
  • Provide administrative support across global and regional Social Responsibility activities.
Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with colleagues across Social Responsibility and partner functions to support the successful delivery of operational activities.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across Social Responsibility, Finance, Digital, Logistics, Brand Management and other business functions.
  • Collect required information, support operational follow-up and help ensure timely execution of activities.
  • Support communication, knowledge sharing and documentation across projects and initiatives.
Process Improvement

Help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Social Responsibility Operations by supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the development, maintenance and optimization of operational processes, tools, templates and reporting solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify administrative workflows, improve data quality and strengthen operational processes.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives across planning, reporting and programme operations.

By contributing to planning, reporting, programme operations and administrative coordination, you will help ensure high-quality delivery of global initiatives while continuously improving the team's ways of working. Working closely with colleagues across Social Responsibility and partner functions, you will gain valuable experience in project coordination, stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence within a global organization.

Do you have what it takes?
  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably within Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, Sustainability or a related field.
  • You are structured, detail-oriented and enjoy organizing information while coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data in Excel and other digital tools.
  • You are proactive, curious and eager to learn new systems, processes and ways of working.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across different teams and functions
  • You are comfortable working independently while also being a supportive and reliable team player.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with SharePoint, Power BI or similar digital tools is an advantage.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
