Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark is seeking a Student Worker to support Social Responsibility operations, including planning, reporting, programme operations and administrative coordination. You will help with annual cycle planning, order and logistics, data quality, stakeholder coordination, and documentation, gaining exposure to global initiatives in a large, diverse organization.

Applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with strong Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, Sustainability or related field.
• Structured, detail-oriented and able to organize information while coordinating multiple activities.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data in Excel and other digital tools.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SharePoint/Power BI or similar tools are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support annual cycle planning and reporting, ensuring planning information and data are accurate and delivered on time.
• Assist with planning, ordering, logistics and documentation for Social Responsibility programmes.
• Contribute to data quality, audit readiness and reporting insights across the portfolio.
• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for Social Responsibility Operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Social Responsibility and partner functions to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, tools and reporting solutions across planning, reporting and operations.
• Help with global and regional operations in planning, reporting and project coordination.
