Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker to support the Social Responsibility team in planning, reporting and programme operations. You will help maintain planning data, assist with audits and dashboards, and coordinate with cross‑functional colleagues to ensure timely, accurate delivery of initiatives.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements and exposure to global CSR programs, with opportunities to develop project coordination and data‑driven insights in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree enrolment in a relevant field.
• Structured, detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in data in Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, ordering, tracking and documentation across Social Responsibility programmes.
• Maintain planning information in the Planning App and ensure data quality.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards and audit readiness.
• Provide administrative support including shared mailbox management, meeting logistics and SharePoint upkeep.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Social Responsibility, Finance, Digital, Logistics, Brand Management and other functions.
