Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker to join the Global S&OP team in Billund. You will support monthly processes, help with data analyses, and contribute to presentations for leadership forums. The role requires a related degree, final bachelor year or first master year, and about 15 hours of work weekly.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the Global Supply Chain, gaining hands-on experience in operations within a global business environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant university degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• In the final year of your bachelor’s or first year of your master’s program with at least one year remaining before graduation.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel and the ability to learn more as needed.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work approximately 15 hours per week (around two days per week).

Responsibilities

• Help drive the monthly cadence of key S&OP activities and deliverables.
• Support data analyses, reporting, and preparation of insights for leadership discussions.
• Prepare, edit, and quality-check presentation materials for senior leadership forums.
• Coordinate and ensure consistency across S&OP processes, meetings and communications.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses on demand, supply, inventory and business planning.
