Job summary

LEGO Group in Denmark is offering a Student Worker position in Global S&OP. You will assist with data analyses, prepare insights for leadership discussions and help coordinate monthly S&OP deliverables while collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant degree, in final year or first year of master's, capable of ~15 hours/week, and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. English proficiency is required and hybrid/office-based work is expected.

  • Utilize PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Currently pursuing a relevant university degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Economics or Business.
  • Available to commit ~15 hours per week during studies.

Responsibilities

  • Support S&OP team members with data analysis, reporting and insights for key discussions.
  • Capture actions and decisions from meetings and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Prepare, edit and quality-check presentation materials for senior leadership forums.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across S&OP processes and communications.
  • Coordinate monthly S&OP processes and deliverables.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analyses on demand, supply, inventory and planning.

Are you passionate about operations and eager to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment? Join our Global Supply &Operations Planning (S&OP) team and help drive key processes, analyses, and business discussions that support decision-making across the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities

As a Student Worker in the Global S&OP team, you will help drive the monthly cadence of key activities and deliverables.

Working closely with the Global S&OP team and a broad range of stakeholders across the Global Supply Chain organisation, you will contribute to presentations and analyses that help shape decision‑making across the LEGO Group.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting S&OP team members with data analysis, reporting, and preparation of insights for key business discussions.
  • Capturing actions and decisions from meetings and following up with stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment.
  • Preparing, editing, and quality‑checking presentation materials for senior leadership forums.
  • Helping ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across S&OP processes, meetings, and communication materials.
  • Supporting coordination of the monthly S&OP process and key deliverables.
  • Contributing to ad hoc analyses and projects related to demand, supply, inventory, and business planning.

S&OP is a critical global function within the LEGO Group with the overall purpose of optimizing the balance between supply and demand. It has high focus and attention throughout the organisation, all the way up to Executive management and continues to be integral to the company’s success.

With this, our S&OP process remains critical in understanding the constantly evolving risk profile of both supply and demand and ultimately secure the needed trade‑off decisions.

Do you have what it takes?

You are currently pursuing a relevant university degree within Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. You are in the final year of your bachelor's degree or the first year of your master's programme and have at least one year remaining before graduation.

  • Are dedicated, detail‑oriented, and curious, especially about Operations at the LEGO Group.
  • Are self‑driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Have a can‑do attitude and ensure tasks and actions are followed through in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Are energized by being part of an impactful and agile team.
  • Respect confidentiality, as you will come into contact with sensitive topics and information within the LEGO Group.
  • Have experience with PowerPoint and Excel and are eager to learn more.
  • Are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Can work approximately 15 hours per week (around two days per week).
