Job summary

Novo Nordisk Foundation is seeking a student assistant to join the Digital & Data Excellence department within the Business Solutions team. You will support NORMA, a Grant Management System, by assisting users, exporting reports, and helping with training material.

The role offers 15–20 hours per week with flexibility for exams. You will collaborate with five full-time colleagues and one fellow student, gaining experience in IT systems support, usability, and system configuration.

Qualifications

• Studying a BSc in Information Studies, Digital Management, or related field.
• Ability to provide efficient, high-quality user support.
• Familiarity with usability and UX concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and troubleshooting to internal and external users via Zendesk on NORMA.
• Assist with setting up new calls, exporting reports, and day-to-day tasks.
• Create training material and participate in user training.
