Job summary

The Novo Nordisk Foundation seeks a part-time student assistant to join the Digital & Data Excellence team. You will support the NORMA Grant Management System, assist with calls and reporting, and help train internal and external users. Strong communication in English and Danish is essential.

You will collaborate with five full-time staff and one other student, balancing work with your studies while contributing to high-quality IT support and system usability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BSc in Information Studies, Digital Management or related field at a Danish university (e.g., KU, ITU, CBS).
• Interest in IT systems and user support for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with user support/help desks (Zendesk) is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and troubleshooting to internal and external users via Zendesk for NORMA-related issues.
• Assist with opening calls, exporting reports and other routine tasks in the Foundation systems.
• Create training materials and participate in user trainings for NORMA.
• Contribute to usability testing and technical configuration of NORMA.
